Certified Rehabilitation Counselor

A company is looking for a Vocational Specialist to develop and provide vocational services for individuals with injuries and disabilities. Key Responsibilities Obtain and analyze medical and return-to-work information to assist in the return-to-work process Comply with federal, state, and accreditation standards related to vocational services Develop job opportunities and match clients with job leads through community resources Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS), or Certified Case Manager (CCM) required Four years of experience in job placement and development for individuals with injuries or disabilities Minimum of one year of experience with vocational evaluations or counseling Credit security clearance via a background credit check is required
