As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through vigilant surveillance, effective incident management, and adherence to security protocols. • Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including building interiors, exteriors, and restricted areas to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security risks.
• Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to observe activity and detect suspicious behavior.
• Control access points using advanced access control systems, verifying identities and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Respond promptly to emergencies by following established procedures, including fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches.
• Write detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches, accidents, or unusual activities for future reference and investigations.
• Perform background checks on new personnel or visitors as part of the screening process to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Engage in conflict de-escalation techniques when managing disputes or unruly individuals while maintaining professionalism and safety.

*Requirements*

• Proven experience in physical security roles, law enforcement, military service or related fields is highly desirable.
• Certification in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation, and Taser use preferred.
• Knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, and manual handling procedures.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical security tasks requiring stamina and strength.
• Familiarity with emergency response procedures including fire safety protocols and incident report writing.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure during emergencies or conflicts.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with staff and visitors.
