Pricing Coordinator

Job DescriptionThe Pricing Coordinator will be a key member of the Pricing team. The Pricing Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining agreements in the AFFLINK Pricing system.Daily tasks include ensuring the accuracy of supplier and customer pricing, data entry, and creating pricing reports in Microsoft Excel. The job requires high attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.Supervisory Responsibilities:None. Duties/Responsibilities:External communication with suppliers, customers, and brokers. Internal communication with sales, procurement, customer service and accounting to ensure timely and accurate pricingEnsure proper documentation exists for pricing agreementsConduct database audits to verify pricing accuracyCollaborate to develop efficiencies within the departmentOther projects or duties as assignedRequired QualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work with large amounts of data Ability to prepare accurate and easily understood reportsEducation and Experience:High school diploma or GED with experience in an accounting, purchasing, or finance related function
