Job DescriptionNow Hiring for a 3rd shift Driver in Solon OhioPay: $21.823rd shift Hours: 12am- 7am Tuesday-Friday, Saturday 12a-945amJob Summary:We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Truck Driver to transport peanut products and materials between facilities, warehouses, and customer locations. This position involves loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipments, maintaining delivery schedules, and ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Safely operate company trucks to transport peanut products and suppliesLoad and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucksInspect shipments for accuracy and report damaged or missing itemsSecure cargo properly to prevent shifting during transportComplete delivery paperwork, logs, and inspection reports accuratelyPerform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspectionsFollow DOT regulations, company policies, and safety proceduresMaintain clean work areas and vehiclesCommunicate with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers regarding deliveriesAssist with warehouse duties when neededQualifications:Valid driver's license (CDL may be required depending on vehicle type)Previous truck driving, delivery, or warehouse experience preferredAbility to lift up to 50-75 pounds regularlyExperience operating forklifts or pallet jacks preferredStrong attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced environmentGood driving record and reliable attendanceWork Environment:Warehouse and manufacturing settingFrequent lifting, bending, standing, and moving productsExposure to varying temperatures and loading dock conditionsSkills:Safe driving practicesLoading and unloadingShipping and receivingTime managementCommunicationTeamworkInventory verificationThis is why associates love working with Alliance Industrial.
