Construction Manager (Albion)

Day to Day:An employer is seeking a contract Construction Manager onsite at two of their collocated projects in Albion, New York. They are at the final stages of the project, with the electrical work complete outside of punchlist by the subcontractor, both sites are also pending interconnection work to be completed by the utility, and final civil work.CM Capabilities (both sites)Assist with some minor site closeoutGeneral:Monitor and document site workBasic Smartsheet documentation and uploading photos to address punchlist itemsDaily reports (including work completed and photos)Coordinate with subs onsite and Melink PMCapable of and certified to operate a skidsteer & telehandler as neededElectrical:Capable of reviewing others works to ensure compliance with drawings/specsLabelingCivil:Monitor and document permanent access road installation, laydown yard restoration, and final seeding (all completed by others)Maintain SWPPP E&S BMPs and address any compliance issues from 3rd party weekly inspectionMinor silt sock/silt fence maintenanceCompensation:$35/hr to $50/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
