Plan and execute scheduled preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize production impact and maximize operational availability. Typically reports to a supervisor.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesSupport and execute electrical maintenance activities in field operations environments Perform and support electrical isolation and Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures Plan and execute preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance activities Work with vendors and subcontractors as required Comply with Management of Change (MOC) requirements for plant modifications Identify opportunities for improvement, cost savings, and operational simplification Promote and comply with SSHE standards and safe work practices Utilize Observation Safety Techniques (OST) to report safe and unsafe acts Participate in responsible waste management practices Attend and participate in Operations morning shift meetings Support operational reliability and uptime across field electrical systems Skills and QualificationsValid/current Texas Journeyman Electrician or Master Electrician license is required License number must be included on resume/submittal Previous electrical maintenance experience in oil and gas operations preferred Powerline and powerline build experience strongly preferred Experience supporting field electrical systems, motors, lighting, and related infrastructure Strong understanding of LOTO procedures and electrical isolation practices Experience working around production operations with minimal downtime impact Familiarity with MOC processes and operational compliance requirements Effective communication skills with ability to clearly document field conditions and corrective actions Ability to work effectively with operations, contractors, vendors, and maintenance personnel Strong safety mindset and commitment to SSHE standards Ability to manage changing priorities and field demands Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Additional NotesStarlink provided Meet & Greet preference: In-person preferred Interview length: Approximately 45 minutes Interview location: Big Lake, TX
