Position OverviewThe Chief Executive Officer (CEO) serves as the primary leader of Elevation Life Clinic and reports directly to the Board of Directors. This role is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of the organization, ensuring the consistent achievement of its mission and financial objectives.The CEO provides both visionary and day-to-day leadership, working closely with staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners to ensure the organization continues to serve women and families with excellence, compassion, and life-affirming care. This role includes both strategic leadership and hands-on involvement in daily operations, including staff oversight, donor engagement, and program support.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Strategy • Ensure the organization has a clear long-range strategy aligned with its mission and that consistent progress is made toward achieving it • Provide leadership in developing programs, organizational, and financial plans with the Board and staff • Implement and carry out plans and policies authorized by the Board of Directors • Maintain awareness of developments and trends relevant to pregnancy care and nonprofit leadershipBoard & Organizational Communication • Keep the Board of Directors fully informed on the condition of the organization and key factors influencing it • Support the Board in governance, planning, and decision-making • Participate in official correspondence and execution of legal documents alongside designated Board officersCommunity Relations & Outreach • Serve as a public representative of the organization • Promote the organization’s mission, programs, and impact within the community • Establish and maintain strong relationships with churches, donors, and community partners • Represent the organization to partner agencies, organizations, and the general publicStaff Leadership & Development • Oversee recruitment, hiring, and release of staff and volunteers • Ensure job descriptions, performance evaluations, and strong HR practices are in place • Build and maintain an effective leadership team, including planning for succession • Encourage staff and volunteer development and ongoing education • Foster a positive, mission-driven culture that attracts and retains high-quality staff • Provide spiritual leadership within the organization, fostering a Christ-centered culture through encouragement, prayer, and exampleOperations & Compliance • Maintain official records and organizational documents • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of programs and servicesFinancial Management & Fundraising • Develop and maintain sound financial practices • Work with staff, the Finance Committee, and the Board to prepare and manage the annual budget • Ensure the organization operates within approved budget guidelines • Help secure adequate funding to support ongoing operations and growth • Actively participate in and help lead fundraising efforts, including donor relationships, events such as the Annual Banquet, Baby Bottle Drive, and Empty Bowl Fundraiser, and ongoing development initiativesTime Commitment • This position is approximately 30 hours per week on average • Schedule is generally during weekday business hours, with flexibility in scheduling • Occasional evenings and weekends are expected for events, meetings, and community engagement • Availability to respond to organizational needs outside of scheduled hours as needed • This role requires flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to step into both leadership and hands-on responsibilities as needed in a small team environmentCompensation• This is a part-time position (approximately 30 hours per week) with occasional nights and weekends for fundraising events and community outreach • Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualificationsQualifications• A mature and growing relationship with Jesus Christ • Strong alignment with the mission of life-affirming care • 5+ years of leadership experience preferred, ideally in nonprofit, healthcare, or ministry settings • Strong communication, leadership, and relational skills • Ability to manage operations, lead teams, and think strategically • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not requiredCore Values • Faith-driven • Client-focused • Team-oriented • Servant-hearted • Forward-thinkingApplication ProcessApplicants should submit: • Cover letter • Resume or CV • Two professional references • One pastoral referencePlease send materials to info@elevationwh.org or drop off at:2420 Watt CourtRiverton, WY 82501
