A company is looking for a B2B Remote Collections Representative CST/EST. Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with consumers to resolve unpaid accounts and provide account updates Conduct skip tracing to locate consumer contact information and assist delinquent consumers Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies while providing feedback for process improvements Required Qualifications, Training, and EducationHigh School Diploma or GED required Experience in commercial collections required Ability to successfully pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening Available to work between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday - Friday Stable work history and ability to maintain confidentiality#J-18808-Ljbffr
