The Salesperson will engage with customers in a welcoming retail setting to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining knowledgeable expertise in home furnishings, assisting with in-home design consultations, and meeting sales targets.QualificationsStrong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skillsExperience in sales, retail, or a related fieldKnowledge of furniture trends, home design, or the ability to learn about product featuresOrganizational and time management skills, with attention to detailAbility to work on-site in a team-oriented environmentProficiency with inventory management systems, point-of-sale systems, or the willingness to trainHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus)Prior experience in interior design or home furnishing is advantageous
