Responsibilities:
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including:
Leading and managing the daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service
Hiring, training, and mentoring a team of exceptional staff
Maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and safety
Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and profitability
Managing budgets, inventory, and financial reporting
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork
Qualifications:
Proven experience in restaurant management (minimum 3-5 years)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, and inventory management
Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
