Job Overview: As a StretchMed Certified Stretch Therapist, you will deliver personalized stretch therapy sessions to clients, utilizing StretchMed protocols. You will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their wellness goals, maintaining a high standard of care, and contributing to the overall success of the studio. Key Responsibilities: Deliver Stretch Therapy Sessions: Provide 25-minute, 40-minute, 55-minute, and 70-minute stretch sessions, adhering to StretchMed protocols. Conduct Client Consultations: Assess clients' specific needs and goals to tailor stretch sessions effectively. Utilize Consultative Sales Approach: Recommend membership options that align with client wellness objectives to drive sales and retention. Lead Grassroots Marketing Efforts: Promote the studio through community outreach and pop-up events to build a strong client base. Client Engagement: Establish strong rapport with clients, ensuring a welcoming and personalized experience. Greet every client by name with a positive attitude. Client Retention: Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and a loyal client base. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the studio team to organize and execute promotions and other community-building activities. Maintain Professional Standards: Uphold a high standard of personal and professional image consistent with the StretchMed brand. Ensure the studio remains clean, organized, and welcoming. Required Qualifications: Education/Certification: A professional degree, license, or certification in a related field such as Athletic Training, Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, Massage Therapy, or Kinesiology. Sales-Oriented: Strong motivation to succeed in a sales-driven environment, with the ability to effectively promote services and memberships. Knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology: Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics to deliver effective stretch therapy. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining client relationships. Self-Starter: Ability to initiate and follow through with marketing and sales strategies. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform stretch therapy sessions, which may involve physical exertion, standing for long periods, and manual dexterity. Compensation: Total Compensation Range: $22 - $33 per hour, depending on performance and additional incentives.
