We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Electrical Engineer to join our growing team in the energy sector. This position is open to both junior and experienced engineers with a strong foundation in electrical and computer engineering, hands-on problem-solving abilities, and a passion for advancing energy technologies. Key Responsibilities: Support the design, development, testing, safety, and implementation of energy-related systems and solutions, including energy technologies, power electronics, and control systems. Perform electrical measurements, calibration, circuit design, system modeling, and related calculations to support project objectives. Supervise and execute tasks such as designing circuits, controlling power systems, soldering, wiring, and programming for instrumentation and control systems. Assist in the fabrication, testing, and commissioning of energy devices and equipment. Ensure projects comply with quality assurance (QA) protocols and customer specifications in the energy domain. Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and team activities in collaboration with engineering and project managers. Stay up to date on industry standards and emerging technologies in the energy field. Conduct debugging and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance. Utilize CAD software to create detailed schematics and layouts. Implement logic controllers and microcontrollers in system designs. Perform root cause analysis on system failures and propose effective solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical designs with other engineering disciplines. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with a focus or interest in energy systems. Strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Proficiency with computer tools including Microsoft Office, network systems (LAN), and basic programming. Familiarity with energy systems such as grid integration, renewable energy, power conversion, or instrumentation and control is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. Knowledge of or experience with quality management systems (QMS) is advantageous. Strong proficiency in CAD software and debugging techniques. Experience with logic controllers and microcontrollers is essential. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python) is a plus. Ability to perform root cause analysis effectively.
