Data and Analytics Summer Intern20 hours per weekLocation: Hybrid - Bellows Falls VTDepartment: ITReports To: Information Security & Technology ManagerAbout the RoleWe're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data and Analytics Intern to join our IT team. This role is a great fit for someone early in their career who's interested in business intelligence, data analysis, and data visualization.You'll gain hands-on experience working with Tableau to build dashboards and reports that help answer real business questions. You'll also collaborate across teams to support data-informed decision-making throughout the organization.What You'll DoCollaborate with teams across the company to understand business questions and data needsDesign, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations using TableauWork with approved data sources and recommend improvements where appropriateAnalyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunitiesPresent findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiencesWhat You BringWe welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds, including students, recent graduates, and career changers building foundational experience in data and business analytics.
