Primary Roles And ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the creation and maintenance of credit files on commercial and other major borrowers and/or guarantors according to bank policy and procedures. Responsible for compiling financial statement/tax return information for prospective and current borrowers in consistent format. Prepare reports/charts for worksheets showing historical and current cash flow and projections.Evaluate current clients and credit facilities by performing financial statement analysis, calculating adherence to borrowing bases and loan covenants, and assessing the overall risk within the client’s business, industry, customer base and geography.Perform research and analysis of industry and market data to complete financial projections.Responsible for preparing monthly and quarterly loan reports for presentation for Loan Committee, Board of Directors and for the Senior Lender.Responsible for financial analysis for the outstanding Bond Portfolio, including tracking balance, purchases, redemptions and rating changes; individual bond analysis.Track financial exceptions and work with lenders to collect and maintain current financial information. Underwriting for OnBoard Loans and LoanVantage Loans (or other, if applicable). RequirementsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Related Discipline, or Two Years’ experience in Credit Analyst work related field.Required Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesStrong understanding of risk management and credit mitigantsKnowledge of risk ratings analysisStrong analytical and financial modeling abilityStrong client service skillsStrong organizational skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong relationship building skillsProficiency using Microsoft Office software products including advanced Excel
