We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Painting Estimator to be a part of our team.As a Commercial Painting Estimator, you will have the rewarding task of working directly with our valued customers, providing detailed estimates for their commercial painting needs. Join a team of dedicated professionals committed to delivering the highest quality work and exceptional customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Conduct in-person meetings with customers to perform estimates and gather project requirementsPrepare comprehensive, accurately written proposals for the commercial sales teamCapture and include photographs of challenging production situations or customer service concerns during the estimation processMeasure commercial buildings for painting services, primarily repaints with some new construction projectsSchedule customer inquiries for estimates and ensure prompt follow-upEffectively communicate the scope of work and customer requirements to the production staff upon securing the jobPersonally hand off landed jobs to the Job Site Supervisor, reviewing the Certainty PledgePromptly address and resolve customer complaints Qualifications and Skills:Possess a 2-year degree in a related fieldHold a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and appropriate insurance coverageExcellent communication skills with a friendly and positive demeanorStrong written and verbal skills, including proofreading and basic math for estimatingKeen attention to detail and a strong work ethicBasic computer proficiencyDemonstrated track record of goal setting, achievement, and exceeding expectationsProficiency in English (Spanish speaking skills are helpful but not required)Preferred but not required: Previous experience in the paint industryMeticulous, clean, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their workResults-driven mindsetAbility to work Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays and nights, depending on the projectBenefits/Compensation:At CertaPro Painters, we value and reward our team members with competitive pay and benefits.
