Job DescriptionProject Manager / Senior Project Manager(Multifamily & Commercial Construction)Location: Salt Lake City, UTA well-established general contractor is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to support a growing pipeline in the Salt Lake City market. The firm has a strong reputation for delivering multifamily and diverse commercial projects with long-standing client relationships and repeat business.Project Types:Ground-up multifamily (podium, wrap, garden-style)Mixed-use developmentsCommercial projects including retail, office, and light industrialKey Responsibilities:Manage projects from preconstruction through closeoutOversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationshipsDrive cost control, change orders, and project financialsCoordinate with field leadership to ensure successful executionQualifications:5-15+ years of construction experienceStrong background in multifamily construction plus commercial project exposureExperience with ground-up projects requiredProficiency with Procore or similar softwareMust be authorized to work in the U.S.Compensation:Project Manager: $110K - $140K baseSenior Project Manager: $140K - $180K baseBonus structure + full benefits packageThis is a strong opportunity to join a stable, growth-oriented builder with a consistent backlog and clear path for advancement.apply here or send resume directly to- royla.koch@gogpac.com
