Job Description Our organization is excited to announce an opening for a Generalist OB/GYN to become part of our dynamic team, situated just north of Sacramento.This unique position offers the chance to work in a nurturing, physician-led atmosphere that promotes an excellent work-life balance, strong surgical support, and significant community need.QualificationsMust be board certified or board eligible.Practice HighlightsFlexible clinic hours with a typical 4.5-day work week (alternative schedules like 4x10s are also an option).Average patient load of approximately 25 per day, with the freedom to increase based on personal preference.Streamlined scheduling templates (15/30 or 10/20 minute appointments).Current practice distribution: 60% obstetrics and 40% gynecology.A collaborative team of 6 seasoned OB/GYNs and 2 advanced practice providers (Nurse Practitioners).Mid-level providers assist with C-sections and may attend deliveries upon patient request.Surgical & Delivery SupportDeliveries take place at the nearby hospital.Gynecological surgeries and procedures are conducted at our surgical facility.Access to a fully supported Da Vinci robotic system.Consistent block operating room time with minimal scheduling challenges.High volume of deliveries.Call ScheduleCall rotation is 1:6, evenly shared among the physicians.Weekend call spans from Friday to Sunday, typically covering both OB and GYN patients.Weekday call responsibilities rotate among providers, ensuring fair distribution.During call periods, physicians usually continue to see patients in the clinic, with the option to adjust hours or take a post-call day off if necessary.Compensation & BenefitsAttractive income guarantee for up to 2 years, transitioning to a production-based model.Sign-on bonus available up to $20,000.Relocation assistance of up to $20,000.Residency stipend of up to $3,000 per month for a maximum of 24 months during residency.Forgivable loan option up to $200,000.Accelerated pathway to shareholder status within 12 months.Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).Comprehensive BenefitsNo-cost medical, dental, and vision insurance for physicians and their dependents.Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance.Generous paid time off and a commitment to work-life balance.Access to advanced practice technology, including EPIC EMR.Why Join Us?High demand within the community.Abundant surgical and obstetric volume with strong peer support.A stable, physician-led organization that fosters collaboration and work-life balance.Located in Yuba City, CA – a budget-friendly, family-oriented community conveniently close to Sacramento, Lake Tahoe, Napa Valley, and San Francisco.Job ID:To apply, please visit:
