Easy Apply now by clicking the "Apply" button and sending us your resume.Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 per yearA bit about us:Our client is a well known and respected regional plaintiff personal injury firm!Why join us?401K with matchHealth insurance (75% paid by firm)Vision insuranceDental insuranceUnlimited PTOLife insuranceJob DetailsResponsibilities:Manage all phases of personal injury and wrongful death cases from discovery through trial.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in criminal or civil litigation.Evaluate the merits of personal injury cases, providing expert legal advice to clients.Conduct depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, and experts.Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in personal injury cases.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, judicial officers, and team members.Review and analyze medical records, depositions, and case-specific facts to determine case value.Stay updated on developments in personal injury law and translate complex legal jargon into understandable terms for clients.Qualifications:Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in the state or willing to obtain license.Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law.Bilingual proficiency is required; fluency in English and SpanishProven experience with legal writing, depositions, and motor vehicle accidents (MVA).Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, court personnel, and other attorneys.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases and tasks, with excellent organizational skills.Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.Interested in hearing more?
