3rd Shift Canning Line Operator - Beverage Manufacturing - Train on 3rd Shift!

Fortress Nutrition is actively hiring for a 3rd Shift Canning Line Operator to work on our Beverage Canning Line. The right candidate will have previous experience in machine operating (preferably in the food and beverage industry, not required) and have a stable work history with previous employers. Must be able to be accountable to the Company's need for overtime & weekend work as required per production needs and schedule. Training Schedule/Standard Schedule: THIRD SHIFT 3rd Shift - Monday-Friday 10:00pm-6:30am (8:30am), over-time and weekends required per production needWhat You'll Do: Set-up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain all high-speed canning line equipment, including packaging, filler, seamer, and shrink wrapper to ensure quality and efficiency of production outputNotify the maintenance team of mechanical issues that cannot be repaired by the operator Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP's, and maintain sanitary conditions to ensure equipment and product quality is maintained at all timesProvide support as needed by working overtime to help operations and other shifts in staffing shortagesPerform all other duties as assigned by leadership What We're Looking For:Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED equivalent2+ years of previous machine operating experienceMust be able to proficiently read, write, and communicate in EnglishMust be able to work over-time and weekends as needed to support business operationsMust be reliable & punctual, have a strong sense or urgency, and work effectively as part of a team Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience working in a bottling and canning facility or food/beverage manufacturing environment with understanding of food safety/quality programs such as GMPsPhysical Requirements:Frequently required to stand; walk; talk; or hear; reach above shoulders; use hands to finger, handle, grasp, pinch or touch objects, controls, tools or equipment; kneel, crouch and use foot/feet to operate machinery; bend at the waist; climb or balanceFrequently required to lift, carry, move, push or pull materials, product or equipment up to 50 poundsAbility to stand and walk for long periods of time, up to ten (10) or more hours in a single shiftWhy Fortress Nutrition - Check out our Benefits & Perks!! 3rd Shift Canning Line Operator Pay: $20.00 per hour + $2.00 shift premium Paid Time Off (PTO) Package9 Paid HolidaysDouble Time for 50+ Hours Per Week!Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision InsuranceHSA Plan Option with Quarterly Company ContributionCompany Paid Life & AD&D Insurance & Short-and Long-Term Disability Insurance401(k) Plan with Company Match & Aggressive ROIEmployee Assistance Program$1,000 Referral Bonus - Uncapped!...and more!
