This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers, understanding business needs, and identifying great talent across both technical and non-technical functions.The ideal candidate will play a key role in scaling our team by sourcing, engaging, and closing high-quality candidates, while ensuring a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Hire for roles including (but not limited to):○ Software Engineers, Data Engineers, SREs, Architects, Machine Learning○ Product, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, OpsPartner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, andtimelinesSource, screen, interview, and close candidates across multiple functionsSourcing & Candidate ExperienceProactively source candidates using LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and creative sourcingstrategiesBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future rolesDeliver a high-quality, transparent, and respectful candidate experienceAct as a strong brand ambassador for Altimate AIProcess & OperationsManage interview coordination, feedback loops, and hiring decisions efficientlyHelp improve and scale recruiting processes suitable for a growing startupWork with HR/Ops on offers, onboarding handoffs, and documentationTrack hiring metrics and provide insights to leadership as neededStakeholder CollaborationWork directly with founders and senior leaders on priority hiresAdvise hiring managers on market trends, compensation expectations, and hiringstrategyBalance speed with quality in a fast-moving product environmentQualification4-7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in startups or product companiesExperience hiring for both technical and non-technical rolesStrong understanding of tech hiring (engineering, data, infra roles)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneouslyNice to HaveExperience hiring for data, AI, or developer-focused productsFamiliarity with ATS tools and structured interview processesExperience working closely with founders or early leadership teams
