Housekeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our dynamic hospitality team! Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing various flooring types to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to guarantee guest satisfaction Follow established cleaning protocols using industry-standard janitorial equipment and cleaning agents Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment Support housekeeping management in training new team members and maintaining operational efficiency Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services—hotel experience is highly desirable Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service excellence Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards Prior housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving heavy objects Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where cleanliness meets comfort!
