Technology Project Manager III Location: RemoteDuration: Long TermDuties: Helps program manage and coordinate enterprise wide ITSM program across business channels. Scope of work includes program, process, and operational management for all workstreams like incident, change, problem, knowledge, and self-service. Track and help drive KPIs and critical success factors for the program.Responsibilities: Help the ITSM team to plan, execute and coordinate processes and activities supporting Global ITSM transformationEnd-to-end Program Management of multiple initiatives across Equinix Technology teams and other groups Work closely with cross-functional groups including internal stakeholders (Product Managers, Team leads, IT, etc.
