To learn more, visit www.BWIGroup.comLocation: Brighton, MI 48116Workplace Model: HYBRID – BRIGHTON TECHNICAL CENTERHYBRID. 3-4 DAYS PER WEEK ONSITERequired Travel: <10% DomesticKey Responsibilities: Setup and maintain requirement engineering framework (requirement management).Manage system requirements documentation (customer and internal).Lead/Coordinate customer requirement analysis review process.Lead internal discussions on spec assignment for review.Lead customer communication (latest version, questions, possible deviations).Drive requirement process by reviewing SOW, preventing scope creep, and providing lessons learned.Work with the PLM tool team to document requirements traceability to design and test. Support product development teams by defining requirement flow down from customer. specifications. interfaces and diagnostic interfaces.Support sales team in acquisitions for activities in terms of technical quotations.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science.Experience in embedded control system design.Knowledge in automotive system architectures.Good technical problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Skills & Qualifications:Basic Program management experience.Working experience in automotive industryGood understanding of End to End system with good software and electronic background.Familiarity with AUTOSAR.Familiarity with Automotive Functional Safety and the ISO26262 standardFamiliarity with Cyber Security standard ISO/SAE 21434.
