Customer Service Account Manager - Commercial Insurance

Our client is a long standing and growing insurance agency that works with individuals and businesses across Pennsylvania and Ohio. They specialize in commercial, business, personal, auto and homeowner insurance coverage. Their focus is on providing personalized attention and quality customer service to create an experience that is difficult to find in today's insurance market.They are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded individual to join their team as a Commercial Lines Customer Service Account Manager for an existing book of business. You will work as an ambassador and will be responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers as well as the commercial producer. As the Account Manger, you will be in a supporting role to the commercial lines department and to the producing agent. Duties will include day to day service needs, including but not limited to endorsements, renewal processing, claims, coverage questions, attending renewal meetings, and billing questions.The selected individual will have a well-developed phone presence and high comfort level in initiating conversations, a social and positive personality, a self-starter and a proactive problem solver.QUALIFICATIONS:Commercial Insurance license preferredMust be comfortable using technology.Documentation and detail are imperative to the position and our standards.The position requires independence, confidence, and a work ethic to resolve client issues.Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to explain complex issues and concepts to customers.Client is offering excellent compensation and benefit package.
