Journeymen Plumber - Commercial

Job Description We are looking for a highly experienced Journeyman Plumber with a strong background in commercial plumbing. This role is for someone who knows commercial applications inside and out, can read and work directly from plans, understands code compliance, and has experience running a crew. This is a hands-on position for someone who can lead from the field and keep jobs moving efficiently.Job Duties are but not limited to:Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems on commercial job sitesRead and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications and execute work accordinglyLay out plumbing systems and oversee installation from start to finishEnsure all work is completed in full compliance with current plumbing codes and safety standardsLead and manage a crew, keeping projects on schedule and maintaining quality of workInstall underground drainage and water supply piping systemsInstall pipes and fixtures for water, waste, and air systemsMeasure, cut, thread, and assemble pipes to required angles using proper toolsUtilize hand tools to fit valves, couplings, and components for tanks, pumps, and other systemsInspect plumbing systems, identify issues, and perform necessary repairsTroubleshoot problems in the field and provide effective solutionsCoordinate with project managers, contractors, pipefitters, and other tradesAssist with material selection and oversee procurement of equipment as neededMaintain a clean and safe job site at all timesParticipate in on-call work and travel to job sites as neededRequirements:Valid Journeyman Plumber licenseExtensive experience in commercial plumbing (required)Must have a valid driver's license clean DMV recordMust Own ToolsProven experience running and managing a crewStrong ability to read and work from construction plans and drawingsIn-depth knowledge of plumbing codes and compliance requirementsSkilled in diagnosing and resolving plumbing issuesPhysically able to lift and handle heavy tools and materials (augers, jetters, etc.)Must be available to work in OC County, LA County and Riverside CountyLooking for someone who can fit into a busy commercial plumbing company that has been around for 30+ yearsAt least 10 Years Exp.
