Hybrid role (2 days onsite in a week) for the Sunnyvale and San Francisco locations.Financial modeling experience, particularly in Excel in mandate.Job Description:Duties:The Strategic Business Operations Team (SBO) is looking for a Data Analyst to work in an impactful, collaborative work environment. They will help drive business initiatives critical to the ongoing growth of the team and be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our business model and internal processes.RESPONSIBILITIES:Require 3-5 years of experience to Assist in the development of long-term revenue forecasts and analysisLead the development of forecasting models based on market trends, existing licensee sales and new licensee acquisitionsSupport patent licensing executives by providing relevant analysis and financial information on prospective licenseesProcess diverse sets of information to provide summary-level insights and recommendationsImprove the quality and consistency of data and data managementHelp identify opportunities for systems and processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and automationProblem solving and providing business insights and recommendationsPrepare economic analysis in support of our patent pool engagements by providing analysis of royalty rate and pool structure proposals.Develop patent valuation analysis supporting IP business development effortsSkills:QUALIFICATIONSExperience with Microsoft Office suite.Data Analyst with Finance M&A.Exceptional financial modeling and analysis skillsStrong data analysis and finance experienceInterest in learning new software applicationsExcellent communication skillsAbility to ownership over projects and work independentlyELIGIBILITYWorking towards a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field.Gurvinder SinghSr. Technical Recruiter, StaffingTech Observergurvinder@tech-observer.com+1 201-500-9357
