The company is committed to creating a workplace where people want to be — from team-building events and shared spaces to a family-friendly atmosphere that supports balance and connection.Responsibilities: Senior Accountant Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Assist in preparing financial statements and supporting schedules Contribute to domestic and international financial reporting Perform variance analysis and investigate fluctuations across financials Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers Assist with audit support and documentation Identify opportunities to improve processes and build scalable procedures Requirements: Staff Accountant Background in corporate accounting or public accounting Experience with general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting Excel skills (including pivot tables) Analytical mindset with attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
