Role overview:The Junior Account Director (Pharma) provides consistent support to a project-based account for apharmaceutical Business Unit that includes all social media disciplines - content (organic + paid),insights, project management and social creative.The work is agile and varied and you will be helping deliver social content that visually stands out andpushes the boundaries in innovation and performance.The Junior Account Director (Pharma) will work with a wider team including Account Director,Account Managers and Copywriters from different Business Units to develop the account above andbeyond our current standing to new heights.Required skills, experience and competenciesThe ideal candidate...has 4+ years Digital / Social Account Management experience within Pharma or Healthcarehas impeccable client facing communication skillsconfident public speaker and comfortable with communicating strategic-level initiatives withclients at all levels from around the worldworks well internally and has experience working with teams across strategy, social, creative and insightsis proficient in communicating effectively in a variety of written and verbal formats with a wide range of people; external individuals, organisations, other 3rd parties etchas experience with proposal writing and presentation of campaign ideasfeels at ease working within a fast-paced team environment on various projectssimultaneously, working to tight deadlines and has proficient problem solving skillshas a deep level of understanding of all social platforms, innovations and opportunitieshas strong IT skills – Word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email etcis knowledgeable about creative formats within Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok etchas an interest in and exposure to digital technologieswill bring new ideas and concepts to a project to keep things freshTasks will include:Ensure work is delivered to a high-standard, taking into account client strategies and objectivesCreate, manage and strengthen relationships with clientsManage all workflows efficiently and delegate to other team members when applicableMentor and oversee the development of more junior team members to help them maximise their potentialWork and support Group / Account Directors during meetings, calls, events etc, as requiredRemain up-to-date with developments, policies and competitor activity in the healthcare and health tech sectorsPlay an active role supporting the wider team with ideas generation, proposal writing, quotesHelp devise and execute ideas to help raise the profile of Substance amongst key audiences
