With exposure to various HR functions and leadership opportunities, this role offers ample room for growth.Responsibilities:HR Administration & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized personnel records, including payroll, training files, and employee data, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.Employee Relations & Support: Serve as a trusted resource for employees, addressing concerns, supporting performance evaluations, managing transfer requests, and administering benefits programs.Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead and support internal and external recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top talent for both exempt and nonexempt roles.
