The Manager, Peer-to-Peer Events Fundraising, will be an integral member of the Peer-to-Peer Events Team, raising funds to help prostate cancer patients through ZERO’s full suite of events, including the ZERO Run/Walk Series, ZERO Peaks Challenge, and the Team ZERO Endurance Program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for our mission and the ability to inspire and motivate supporters to become effective fundraisers.Key Responsibilities:Meet or exceed revenue targets to facilitate overall growth in P2P event fundraisingDevelop and execute comprehensive peer-to-peer fundraising strategies that align with organizational goals for the following programs: Peaks, Endurance, and Run/WalkImplement and develop strategies to recruit, engage, and retain individual fundraisers through the different P2P programsServe as the daily contact peer-to-peer fundraising coach for the Peaks Challenge and Team ZERO Endurance programResponsible for the acquisition of participants for the Peaks Challenge and Team ZERO Endurance Programs to maximize revenue and team participationResponsible for analyzing data, KPIs, reports and demographics, and other data points necessary for the success of all ZERO Peer-to-Peer programs (Peaks, Team ZERO, Run/Walk, etc)Utilize, train, and build SOPs for staff on fundraising tools (SendSpark, Social Sync, FB fundraising, etc.) that ensure recognition of top fundraisers within ZERO’s CommunityProvide excellent customer service and support to fundraisers throughout their campaign (email, calls, text, etc.)Enhance and provide new resources annually to the P2P program participants to ensure they have the tools necessary to be successful fundraisersDevelop a tangible sense of community and support within participant teams and our growing nationwide networkAbility to recognize and analyze fundraising gaps, opportunities, and ways to close the gap to hit revenue goalsAbility to compile fundraising data that highlights key metrics for the team of what is working, what needs to change, and where there is growth potentialOther duties as assignedQualifications:4-6 years of experience in peer-to-peer fundraising or developmentProven track record of developing and executing successful relationships with event fundraisersMission-driven individual who wants to make an impactStrong multi-tasking skills to be able to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in peer-to-peer fundraising platforms (Luminate Online, TeamRaiser, SendSpark, etc.)Experience with Raisers Edge NXT and data analysis toolsExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experiencePreferred Qualifications:Social Fundraiser or Development Coordinator experiencePrior experience within a fast-moving nonprofit organizationPhysical Requirements:Constant use of a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as computer printer, calculator, and copierProlonged periods of a stationary position at least 50% of the timeThe ability to recognize details at close range for extended periods of timeThe ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
