TELLER I, Lakewood.Serve as a liaison between members and the Credit Union. Provide accountinformation and assistance in person, by phone, or electronically. Open accounts,resolve issues, and deliver a variety of transactional services while promoting CreditUnion products and services.SCFCU expects regular attendance and punctuality. This means being in theworkplace, ready to work at your scheduled start time each day and completingyour entire shift. Employees are also expected to return from scheduled mealsand break periods on time.Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service for member transactions.Deliver general and specific service-related information in person and by phone.Respond to member emails and electronic requests professionally andaccurately.Address member requests, problems, and complaints or refer to appropriatestaff.Open new accounts and service existing accounts.Handle member requests for transfers, withdrawals, check requests, sharecertificates, and loan payments.Recommend Credit Union products and services based on member needs.Mail receipts and checks per policy.Provide information on investment alternatives.Research account discrepancies and assist with account balancing.Assist with payroll deduction and direct deposit forms.Help members open IRAs, HSAs, share certificates, etc.Perform teller duties as needed.Use lending software to input loan requests.Attend required meetings.Comply with all Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements.Perform other duties as assigned.Strong customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential informationProblem-solving and multitasking abilitiesProfessional communication skillsTeam-oriented mindsetHigh School Diploma or GED1-2 Years Of Related Experience PreferredPay range: $17.50-$19/hourApply online: www.665-7000.com
