Cobble & Forge looking for a landscape maintenance gardener / laborer / landscape construction laborer to join our team. We are looking for individuals who meet some or most of the following requirements: 2+ years of experience in landscape construction, general construction, carpentry, or similar. Experience with landscape maintenance, plant care, pruning, planting, etc. Plant identification skills Able to perform vigorous physical activity, standing, kneeling & lifting Able to work in year-around weather conditions Knowledge of basic carpentry and masonry Knowledge of basic irrigation, and ability to troubleshoot & repair Basic power tools / equipment operation & maintenance Educational background in horticulture or landscape construction a plus Flexibility to take direction and take initiative to solve problems Able to work independently as well as part of a team Valid CA drivers license and a clean driving record Creative thinkers, hard workers, multi-taskers, and those with extreme attention to detail encouraged to apply Full Time Positions. Pay level is between $20-40 / hr depending on experience.
