You'll partner closely with float nurses and an interdisciplinary team to deliver consistent, high-quality, patient-centered care.This role is ideal for a nurse who values autonomy, teamwork, and meaningful patient relationships. When caseloads fluctuate, you'll step in to support your team, ensuring every patient receives seamless care.Territory: Green Bay area (with occasional travel outside the territory)***During periods when your caseload is lighter, you will be expected to support your team by assisting with patient visits and transitions, serving as a Float Registered Nurse as needed. This collaborative approach ensures that all patients receive the highest level of care, regardless of fluctuating caseloads.
