Operations Process Engineer

Responsibilities:Provide first-line technical support for manufacturing, system integration, and production testing activities.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-level test failures using structured problem-solving methods.Perform root cause analysis, implement containment actions, and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Test, and NPI teams to resolve production issues and maintain product quality.Support quality system activities, including change controls, nonconformance investigations (NCRs), and documentation compliance.Capture and share technical knowledge to improve troubleshooting effectiveness and reduce downtime.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.Experience with testing, troubleshooting, system integration, or manufacturing support.Basic Python or scripting experience.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work onsite full-time.Preferred:Experience with robotics, automated test systems, or electromechanical equipment.Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments (medical device, aerospace, automotive, etc.).Knowledge of CAPA, NCR, root cause analysis, and quality processes.Experience with Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB, SQL, or manufacturing data analysis tools.EOE Statement: Specialist Staffing Group is an equal opportunity employer.
