Director of Rehabilitation
PARC Rehab is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Rehabilitation to lead our team of dedicated rehabilitation professionals. The Director of Rehab will oversee daily operations across all therapy disciplines, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, patient-centered care. This individual will guide clinical programs, mentor staff, manage compliance and documentation standards, and foster an environment of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and oversight to physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams.
Ensure the highest quality of care through evidence-based practices, interdisciplinary collaboration, and consistent patient outcome reviews.
Oversee patient evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation to maintain clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.
Train, mentor, and evaluate rehabilitation staff to promote professional growth and team effectiveness.
Develop, implement, and monitor departmental policies, procedures, and performance improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and facility leadership to coordinate integrated care plans.
Manage department budget, staffing schedules, and productivity metrics to meet operational and financial goals.
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation consistent with PARC Rehab and state/federal standards.
Foster a positive and professional environment that promotes communication, respect, and excellence in patient care.
Qualifications:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state licensure (or eligibility) in respective discipline.
Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting; leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, reimbursement systems, and quality assurance standards.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
