No prior experience is necessary — we provide complete training and licensing support to help you become a licensed insurance professional.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist clients in selecting and purchasing property and casualty insurance policiesProvide accurate quotes from multiple carriers and explain policy details clearlyBuild relationships with customers and provide excellent service before and after the saleManage renewals, payments, and policy changesMaintain compliance with state insurance regulations and company standardsParticipate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledgeQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, motivated, and eager to learnBasic computer and data entry skillsBilingual in Spanish and English is a strong plusMust be willing to complete insurance licensing training (provided by the company)Compensation & BenefitsStarting pay: $16-$18 per hour (based on experience)Commission opportunities once licensed (can Raise your pay to equivalent to almost $30.00/hr!)Paid training and licensing assistanceCareer growth with a nationally recognized brandSupportive, team-oriented environment
