Master Electrician / NH & ME lic

ABOUT THE POSITION:The Master Electrician will help with HVAC installations. Work includes: feeds from the panel to air handlers, condensers, furnaces, boilers, etc. panel upgrades, Mini split communication line installations. The position is based out of our Exeter, NH location and will cover a broad geographic region including southern Maine, seacoast of NH. Positive attitude is a must! Awareness and concern about environmental issues is a plus. No phone calls please.Role and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):Work with installation manager to install electrical related to HVAC systems.Compile a materials list for future jobsAttend electrical inspections as needed on behalf of the companyHelp to ensure all necessary materials and tools arrive to the job siteAssist with overall crew & job site safetyAssist with staging and packing materials and tools and load vansAssist with general site preparation and clean upParticipate in regular safety trainingAssist with completion of installation reports and commissioning reportsHelp to maintain tools and trucks in excellent condition.Remain up to date on Code requirements, hardware options, and industry best practices through CE, industry conferences, trade groups, magazines, etc.Critical Skills/ExpectationsMaster Electrician licenseMost work will include: Feeds from panel to HVAC equipment, Panel upgrades, mini split communication/switch installationsBasic competence with Computer including Excel, Word, e mail and web based applicationsMust have valid driver's license and clean driving recordGood at problem solving and working with tools * Excellent teamwork skills - ability to foster a positive team environmentComfortably able to lift 40lbs, climb ladders, work with tools, work in crawl spaces, and work on high roof tops in varying hot and cold temperaturesHighly organized & have ability to multi-task and set prioritiesEffectively coordinate and communicate with othersAbility to succeed in a fast paced, community environmentSafety - must be comfortable enforcing safety rules with everyone; including supervisors, customers, and co-workersEfficiency - able to produce significant output with minimal wasteTeamwork - reaches out to peers and cooperates with supervisors to establish collaborative working relationshipsHigh Standards - expects personal performance to be nothing short of the bestCode of Conduct - you will be a guest at our customer's home and are expected to act accordingly, you will sign and live up to our Code of ConductFlexibility - adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
