This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative and operational support.In this role, you will serve as a key partner to leadership, supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating employee engagement initiatives, and managing confidential and high-priority matters with professionalism and discretion.What You’ll DoAdministrative SupportProvide high-level administrative and clerical support to the teamManage confidential, complex, and sensitive information with discretion and professionalismCoordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, conferences, and special eventsOrganize catering and logistics for meetings, tours, and campus eventsPrepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and business correspondence using Microsoft Office toolsMaintain organized paper and electronic filing systems to ensure accurate and timely recordkeepingSupport special projects and additional business initiatives as neededFront Desk & Employee EngagementServe as the first point of contact for visitors, creating a welcoming and professional experienceManage front desk and reception responsibilities in a dynamic, high-energy environmentLead and coordinate employee engagement activities and campus-wide eventsChair the employee involvement team and help foster a positive workplace cultureCoordinate event supplies, communications, and employee activity calendarsCollaboration & Operational SupportPartner with internal teams to coordinate resources and support operational prioritiesHelp drive departmental goals through teamwork, communication, and a customer-focused mindsetAdapt to changing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organizationWhat We’re Looking ForEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 3 years of related administrative or office support experienceIndustry experience preferredTechnical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPointComfortable using internet-based and job-specific software applicationsStrong ability to create reports, spreadsheets, charts, presentations, and business documentsProfessional QualitiesExceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a positive, team-oriented attitudeDemonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentialitySelf-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable with strong problem-solving capabilitiesWhy Join CEVA Logistics?At CEVA, we are committed to creating an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.
