Mechanical Project ManagerPosition OverviewThe Mechanical Project Manager will oversee and manage mechanical engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and MEP, are executed effectively and efficiently. This role is crucial for coordinating project teams, maintaining timelines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage mechanical engineering projects, focusing on HVAC, MEP, and plumbing systems.Coordinate with various teams, including design, construction, and procurement, to ensure project success.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these benchmarks.Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations in mechanical installations.Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and address any issues that arise during the project.Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and team members to achieve project objectives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in mechanical engineering, particularly in HVAC, MEP, and plumbing projects.Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Professional engineering license (PE) is a plus.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.BenefitsSalary: $100-150k + bonusMedicalDentalVision401k with matchPTOSick daysHolidays
