Legal Intake Specialist

Sobo & Sobo is hiring! We're searching for an Intake Representative to join our rapidly growing team. This position is open to candidates across the Milwaukee, WI, area, and we will also consider candidates who do not live in close proximity to an office location for remote work. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to join the legal field. The Client Intakes Representative will answer new potential client calls, conduct new client sign-ups, and draft correspondence and documentation. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM. Responsibilities: Answer and screen all new potential client calls. Interview potential clients. Conduct new client signups. Follow up with new signups. Take thorough notes on the client's information and ask further questions based on the information given. Screen new referrals. Keep a record of all communication regarding the case. Draft letters using proper spelling and grammar. Skills Needed Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (both oral and written) Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong customer service skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multi-task, reliable. Ability to ensure compliance with all requirements and regulations regarding confidentiality. Must be dependable, professional, friendly, sympathetic, and compassionate. Available to work Monday-Friday standard business hours with occasional overtime as needed. Computer proficiency – knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe. Enjoys being a team player and works hard.
