Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff is performing at their best.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Train and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen staff, to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure that the restaurant is fully stocked at all times.
Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with established quality standards and health and safety regulations.
Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of daily sales, inventory, and other important data.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve the restaurant's performance and profitability.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
