As a foundational member of our team, you won't just provide primary care and women's health services—you'll actively reimagine and evolve the care model at Tia to better serve women.Why Tia Built-in protected time for documentation, care coordination, and team collaboration, including dedicated weekly management time aligned across marketsAI-supported documentation to reduce charting burdenBeautiful, thoughtfully designed clinics in prime locationsQuarterly bonus + equity not typical in clinical rolesOpportunity to build and shape a new model for women's healthcareWhat You'll Do Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive primary care and women's health services in an outpatient setting.Quality & Advocacy: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a diverse range of clinical needs.Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care.Clinical Innovation: Contribute to the development of care models, clinical protocols, and innovative practice standards.Data & Tech: Leverage technology and data to support evidence-based clinical decision-making and efficient documentation.What You'll Bring Requirements: Credentials: NP or PA; National Board Certification (e.g., ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA); Active CA License and DEA.Clinical Expertise: 3+ years in outpatient primary care with a focus on Women's Health (routine gyn, contraception, STIs), Mental Health , and inclusive, patient-centered care.Operational Mindset: Data-driven and adaptable; comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency.Training & Development: Candidates who lack experience in the following areas will receive specialized training:Specialized Women's Health: Menopause management and sexual health.Expanded Primary Care: Medical dermatology, weight management, and procedural scope.Work Location This role is based in our Pasadena clinic.Clinic Hours (PST) 8:00a - 5:30p; 8:00a - 7:00p 1 day/weekCompensation & Benefits Tia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency. Compensation for this role will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, location, role leveling, business needs, and market conditions.The expected base salary range for this role is $140,000 – $160,000, depending on level and experience.You are also eligible for:Quarterly performance bonus (10% target)Equity grantsMedical, dental, visionMalpractice coveragePaid time off (PTO), sick leave, holidaysCME stipend and licensing reimbursementAccess to clinical tools and ongoing training resources
