House Manager for Talent in Atlanta, GA 5 days/week on-site with flexibility; weekend presence as neededCompensation: $120,000–$155,000 DOE + benefitsReports to Family Office/ and Principal We are seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented, and service-driven House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multi-property, high-profile household based in Atlanta. This is a hands-on, proactive role for someone who takes deep pride in maintaining an exceptionally organized, well-run home and anticipates needs before they arise.The ideal candidate operates with a “warden mentality" (kindly) consistently walking the property, identifying gaps, and ensuring every detail is handled to the highest standard without prompting. Discretion, structure, and a true love of service are essential. This is a hands-on role, not purely managerial. Must be comfortable being deeply involved in the day-to-day. The principals value structure, cleanliness, discretion, and efficiency above all. Will work closely with the Mrs of the home. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations across multiple properties, ensuring all homes are maintained to an immaculate, guest-ready standard at all timesConduct regular walkthroughs of all spaces, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they escalateMaintain strict household standards, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and efficiency across all environmentsEstablish and uphold clear systems, routines, and expectations for staff performance and household flowManage and oversee household staff, including: nannies, housekeepers, chef, security, groundsman Monitor staff schedules, productivity, and overall performanceEnforce household expectations with professionalism Ensure seamless communication across all team membersOversee multiple properties including primary Atlanta residence, another home near under construction, warehouse, studio as well light oversight for family home, small apartment in LACoordinate maintenance, vendors, and ongoing property needsTrack and manage timelines for construction and property updatesMonitor and track household expenses, including: chef, nanny etcMaintain organized records and provide weekly recap reportsCommunicate regularly with principals and family office with concise updatesManage household inventory and procure supplies as neededSupport and oversee in-home events, dinners, and gatheringsBe present and actively managing during events to ensure seamless executionAssist with holiday preparation and seasonal household needsQualifications5+ years of experience in a high-end private household or luxury hospitality environment (hotel background is a plus)Experience working in structured, high-expectation homes with clear standardsHighly proactive with exceptional attention to detailStrong leadership presence—firm, assertive, and solutions-orientedAbility to anticipate needs and operate independentlyDiscreet, polished, and accustomed to working with high-profile individualsStrong organizational and communication skills (text + weekly written recaps required)Comfortable being accessible as needed (including occasional off-hours communication)Spanish-speaking is a strong plusLocal to Atlanta preferred; potential relocation considered for the right candidate
