Superintendent

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Construction Superintendent to join a growing construction company on the east coast of Florida. The Superintendent will oversee residential shell construction projects, ensuring buildings are completed on schedule. This role may manage up to two projects at a time (within reason).Projects include production homes, multifamily, and some custom residential builds.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily shell construction operations on assigned projectsManage subcontractors and coordinate with builder superintendentsEnsure proper layout and building alignment (square and plumb)Maintain production schedules and quality standardsMonitor jobsite safety and complianceUtilize company-provided technology to review plans, manage materials, and track progressParticipate in ongoing company training and development programsRequirementsMinimum 3+ years of experience in shell constructionHands-on experience with concrete, masonry beams, and masonry shell workExperience working alongside production homebuildersStrong understanding of layout and structural alignmentAbility to manage multiple homes/projects simultaneous
