Role Description We are seeking licensed plumbers to join our team in a full-time, on-site role located in Milford, CT. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues, and ensuring all work complies with state and local building codes. Additional tasks include collaborating with customers to address their plumbing needs, providing clear explanations of repair options, and completing projects efficiently with quality workmanship. Qualifications Proficiency in Plumbing and Pipe installationExperience in Maintenance & Repair of plumbing systemsStrong commitment to providing excellent Customer ServiceKnowledge of state and local plumbing codes and regulationsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid plumbing license requiredStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsPhysical ability to perform manual labor and manage tools and equipment safelyExperience in a family-owned or service-focused company is a plus
