Our client, an elite national firm, is seeking a Public Relations Manager to join their growing team.This is a pivotal opportunity for a seasoned communications professional to shape and elevate the firm’s brand, working closely with senior leadership to drive a cohesive, high-impact PR strategy across national and regional markets.You will partner with the Chief Marketing Officer, Director of Marketing, and firm leadership to drive data-driven PR strategies aligned with the firm’s vision, ensuring consistent messaging and measurable results across markets and practices. In this role, you will manage external PR partners to maximize ROI, secure top-tier media placements, and position attorneys as thought leaders, while establishing clear metrics to track success across media and recognition efforts. You will also lead and develop a high-performing communications and social media team, elevate firmwide standards, and serve as a trusted advisor to the C-suite by guiding internal communications, delivering media training, and creating effective messaging frameworks for public engagement. You will oversee media coverage tracking, reporting, and continuous process improvement across national and local PR efforts, while building strong relationships with attorneys and stakeholders throughout the firm.The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years of relevant experience, ideally within a law firm environment, with Am Law experience strongly preferred.
