Work alongside other healthcare providers, including Case Managers, Clinicians, and Prescribers, to develop individualized personalized recovery plans and be a support system for our clients.What You Will DoEngage clients in collaborative and caring relationships by assisting in the orientation processMaintain group and individual supportive interactions with clients, their families, and social supportsCommunicate effectively-using personal recovery story-to develop authentic peer-to-peer relationships and aid om the recovery processProvide recovery support by assisting clients in managing crises and encouraging exploration and pursuit of community rolesCelebrate clients' efforts and accomplishmentsShare lived experience of recovery and ongoing personal efforts to enhance health, wellness and recovery.Provide personalized client supportProvide linkages to services and community resourcesComplete all required documentation in a timely manner and using recovery-oriented language What We Are Looking ForMinimum of high school diploma or GEDExperience working in behavioral health settingCurrent and valid CPR/AED (BLS) certificationMust possess or pursue CPRS/NCPRSS from start of hire and obtain within 6 months of hireValid driver's license required and must be insurable by agency's automobile insurance for primary driversDon't believe you meet all the preferred requirements?
