The ideal candidate will have hands-on data engineering experience along with the ability to lead technical teams and drive end-to-end delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement end-to-end data solutions using AWS and Databricks.Build scalable data ingestion, transformation, and warehousing pipelines for structured and unstructured data.Lead and mentor data engineering teams while driving technical quality and delivery.Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready solutions.Establish best practices for data quality, governance, scalability, and performance.Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience with AWS services across compute, storage, orchestration, and security.Deep expertise in Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, cluster management, and job orchestration.Strong understanding of the data engineering lifecycle and modern data platforms.Experience leading or mentoring data engineering teams.Strong data architecture, pipeline design, and technical problem-solving skills.Preferred SkillsExposure to Agentic AI concepts and frameworks.Manufacturing industry experience.Knowledge of dimensional and canonical data modeling.Interested candidates can send their updated resume to:akhilesh@arkhyatech.com
