NOW HIRING: ESP Technician Company Truck + 5/2 Schedule Location: Jal, NM & Surrounding Areas Pay: $35.00–$45.00/hour DOE Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off Hours: 10–12-hour days (Rotational weekend call-outs required) Rogue Industrial Group is hiring an experienced ESP Technician to support high-volume production operations in the Delaware Basin. This is a hands-on role for a technician who knows their way around downhole pumps, motors, surface equipment, and electrical systems and takes pride in keeping wells online and running efficiently. If you are a Electrician with strong ESP troubleshooting experience, this is a long-term opportunity with excellent benefits and a steady schedule.
