Quality Technician, 2nd shift | Beaver DamSchedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00PM to 11:30PMQuality Technician I: $23.00/hour + $2.50 shift premium = $25.50Quality Technician II: $25.50/hour + $2.50 shift premium = $28.00 Quality Technician III: $27.00/hour + $2.50 shift premium = $29.50 The Quality Technician I/II/III is responsible for facilitating the parts quality process throughout the organization. In partnership with internal business units, this role ensures the precision and inspection of parts moving into the facility. This role supports Quality Management Systems, drives data collection, reporting and analysis. Partners with leaders in the daily operation of an area with responsibility to improve quality systems, processes, and performance.Responsibilities (All Levels)Lead problem solving for quality issues.Implement resolutions from basic to complex problems.Implement process improvements.Lead team adherence to Quality Control Plans and mistake proofing.Conduct process and product audits.Conduct standardized problem-solving and corrective actions.Support gage/tool calibration and Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility (GR&;R).Participate in MRB review and corrective actions.Adhere to company policies and state/federal regulations.RequirementsQuality Technician IEducation: High School diploma or equivalentExperience: 0–3 years in qualityProblem SolvingBasic Leadership: Supports team communication and metricsTechnical Knowledge: Basic drawing, wiring, schematic interpretation; intermediate PC skillsQuality Technician IIEducation: Associate’s degree or equivalentExperience: 3+ years in qualityProblem SolvingModerate Leadership: Leads team communication on quality metrics and project countermeasures; ability to train othersTechnical Knowledge: Intermediate knowledge of PPAP, PFMEA, Quality Control Plans, mistake proofing, NMR, ECR, SPC, ISO processes; CMM programming knowledgeQuality Technician IIIEducation: Bachelor’s degree preferredExperience: 5+ years in quality or Certified Quality Technician preferredProblem Solving: Advanced, including cross-functional issuesLeadership: Leads multiple teams or departments; mentors and trains othersTechnical Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of all QC tools, ISO systems, and process improvement methodologies; design audits and complex corrective actionsAdditional Skills (All Levels)Maintain professional rapport with peers and support groupsCommunicate issues and countermeasures to SupervisorPerform reading, writing, and math functionsCommitment to continuous learning and quality standards
